right pastoral match. We support churches as they discern their
mission and leadership needs, and we accompany clergy as they
explore where their gifts and calling can flourish.
Through shared standards, tools, and guidance, Search and Call helps
ensure a healthy, transparent, and Spirit-led journey toward new
pastoral leadership.
