The Resources ministry of the New York Conference UCC exists to equip and support both local churches and clergy in their shared call to ministry. We provide practical tools, training opportunities, and guidance that strengthen congregational life, nurture clergy well-being, and encourage effective, faithful leadership. Our goal is to make it easy for pastors and congregations to find what they need—when they need it—to thrive in mission, worship, and service.
