Suffolk Association Passed Resolution on Cooperation and Consolidation

The Council of the Suffolk Association (Long Island) passed a Resolution on Cooperation and Consolidation in response to recognizing challenges in church attendance and supporting professional ministries. The Council resolved to encourage cooperation and consolidation throughout the Association to increase the vitality of their churches and ministries. This will allow for focused shared ministries, fair employment conditions for clergy, and an overall improved church ministry for congregants.
