Rev. Dale Stanley Teams Up With New York Conference

Welcome to Rev. Dale Stanley who will be serving as the Search and Call Associate in the Western and Genessee Valley Association. Rev. Stanley comes to this volunteer position with a wealth of compassion, insight, training and experience. She will be working alongside Conference staff member, Rev. Ryan Henderson, in assisting churches in transition.
Rev. Dale Stanley has been an ordained United Church of Christ clergy-woman for 22 years. She began her ministry serving at St. John’s UCC in Strykersville and is currently serves as an Interim Minister at area congregations, most recently at Ebenezer UCC in West Seneca. Most of Rev. Stanley’s ministry has been as a Board Certified Chaplain at Catholic Health System – Sister’s Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital, where she ministered to patients, families and staff, specializing in Palliative Care. She served as Manager of the Spiritual Care department 8 yrs., developing innovative programs and has led many trainings on stress and relaxation, theological reflection, grief, pastoral care and change management. Dale is a member of Pilgrim-St. Luke’s UCC in Buffalo, serves on the Department of Community Ministries and is one of the trainers for Boundary Awareness for the Western Area.
